With the growing demand for simplified online shopping experiences, founders and besties Christine Cho and Amy Stollmeyer bring a unique approach as two beauty industry experts, who felt overwhelmed and frustrated with the cyber shopping world. There’s just so much out there; and it seems to take too much time and energy to find the good stuff.

This project has been one rooted in friendship, passion, and need. During the unprecedented growth of online shopping, so grew the frustration of overwhelming choice. As experts in the beauty industry, Amy and Christine hope to simplify and streamline your selection by filtering through the research to choose items we genuinely use and stand by.
Our Story
At a Toronto International Film Festival many years ago, Amy Stollmeyer (hairstylist) and Christine Cho (makeup artist) locked eyes across a star-studded celebrity lounge. Rather than eyeing each other’s fabulosity as competition, they immediately felt a synergy of kinship.
While our meet cute was a work event, the relationship evolved into a unique friendship that can only be described as soul sisterhood. There’s no jealousy; there’s lots of cheerleading and empathy; and there’s no shortage of laughs. We have been colleagues, roommates, and become best friends, fellow moms, and each other’s number one support. We’ve really been through incredible ups and downs together, and value the irreplaceable bond that soul sisters share. And now, we want to share that bond with you.
As fellow online shoppers and beauty lovers, we share the frustration in the time consuming research that it requires to find cute, efficacious, high quality products that make life easier.
Through this site, we hope to eliminate the need to search viral trends and constant new launches, to create a welcoming space where you can learn and shop any time, any where.
We’ve included: short how-to videos for each product; a beauty glossary to demystify some common terms; and a blog to chat what’s new and fun! We believe shopping should be as easy and fun as a beachfront lime!

Christine is an On Air Beauty Expert for multiple national Canadian talk shows: The Morning Show, Breakfast Television, and the Good Stuff. She also appeared regularly on previous talk shows: The Marilyn Denis Show; Cityline; and The Steven & Chris Show. She has over 16 years experience as a professional make-up and hair artist, as well as an in-demand global beauty brand consultant and collaborator. Christine believes in sharing over gate keeping when it comes to beauty tips. Besides painting faces, she loves to cook and dance.
Born and raised in Toronto, Christine married a Bajan and is now living in Barbados with her husband and daughter.
Amy Stollmeyer
Co-Founder/Owner
Amy has over 20 years in the professional haircare industry as a hairdresser, as well as corporate business experience working with (and co-founding) prominent global haircare brands in areas of sales, education, launch events, brand development, product development, tradeshows, PR, and social media ad content. Never one to be camera-shy, Amy has appeared on many international show stages, and various national talk shows across Canada to provide hairstyling advice. She is uniquely skilled across the board in hair colouring, cutting, and styling from editorial and NY fashion week looks to fresh-from-the-salon beautiful hair. Amy loves to travel, particularly to locations with an ocean view.
Born and raised in Trinidad, Amy now resides in Toronto with her daughter.
